How do I access my account?

Please visit the My Account page to log in with the email and password you created at registration/checkout.

How do I create a wholesale account?

Providers, please visit our Wholesale Registration page to create a Wholesale account for access to exclusive products and preferred pricing.

Where are my downloads?

If your purchase includes any downloads, they will be visible on the Downloads tab of the My Account page when you are logged in.

When will I get my order?

You will receive tracking information by email when your order is shipped.

How do I access the AcuLift™ MicroPen training?

After you have purchased the pen system, there will be a number of items available to you on the Downloads tab of your My Account page. One of these is the Webinar Coupon. Please follow the instructions on this coupon to access the webinar for free on our sister website, FacialAcupunctureClasses.com.

December UPDATES—We will be doing some Winter Cleaning from December 17th through January 1st. All orders placed by December 16th will ship by/before December 18th. All orders placed after 12/16 will ship by January 3rd. Also, current inventory on Michelle's book is running low, so any book orders placed after December 6th should also ship out by January 3rd.
