How do I access my account?

Please visit the My Account page to log in with the email and password you created at registration/checkout.

How do I create a wholesale account?

Providers, please visit our Wholesale Registration page to create a Wholesale account for access to exclusive products and preferred pricing.

Where are my downloads?

If your purchase includes any downloads, they will be visible on the Downloads tab of the My Account page when you are logged in.

When will I get my order?

You will receive tracking information by email when your order is shipped.

How do I access the AcuLift™ MicroPen training?

After you have purchased the pen system, there will be a number of items available to you on the Downloads tab of your My Account page. One of these is the Webinar Coupon.
